Mitsubishi WD-73738 73-Inch 3D DLP HDTV
I bought this laid to interchange a Mistu 65 in DLP because it was non-3D. This television has a crown notch picture, fantabulous 3D capability, and a wondrous price.
The upside of DLP is an fantabulous picture, relatively slim size for a rear projection, and a lightweight design. (the 73 inch laid1 weighs less than my 2 40 inch plasmas) The downside is that it requires a projecter lamp modify when the bulb wears away at a cost of about $100. My late laid8 was four years old and I never had to interchange0 the lamp. They last from 3000 to 10,000 hours of use.
After the firmware update on these televisions (they will either arrived that mode young from the mill or could be updated by pluggin Mitsubishi WD-73738 an internet cable into the back of the set) they can be utilised with DLP Link mode glasses and requires no emittor.
My only issue is that for some reason, with the settings on “DLP Link” the television will not transport away the 3D signal at each use. Every time you bicycle the TV conk and then perish back and desire to employment the 3D mode, I have to call up the menu, de-select “DLP LINK” and select “Emittor”, then switch back to “DLP Link” again to stimulate it to output the signal. I conceive that is a software issue that I hope will be corrected at the future update.
